This high quality panel has much higher efficiency and power output compared to our previous models allowing the same power output in a more compact size. This is great for areas where you are limited for space and need as much power as you can get! Providing excellent performance under low light environments, they produce 2-3% more power and have a higher kWh/kW ratio compared to older monocrystalline designs. The durable anodised aluminium frame holds the tempered glass panel which features an anti-reflective and self-cleaning glass surface to reduce power loss from dirt and dust. The junction box and bypass diodes stop the panel from overheating and suffering from the “hot spot effect”. PV connectors on a 900mm lead make them easy to install. A fantastic panel with minimal ongoing maintenance and compatible with industry-standard inverters and mounting systems

I’ve seen an item online, can I view it instore?

Yes, most of the items that we sell online can be viewed instore or requested to be viewed through store management if they are jewellery, watches and bags.  The item’s location is stated in the description, and all store locations can be viewed here: Our Stores - Dollar Dealers

Yes, you can layby any item seen online by completing the forms and paying a deposit. 

Most of our items come with a standard 30-day warranty. For extended protection, you can purchase an optional 4-month purchase protection plan warranty, simply click the box on the item page to add this to your purchase. The cost of this will be displayed once you click the box. 

All jewellery and designer items come with an authenticity guarantee. 

Please type your discount code into the coupon box on the cart page and click ‘Apply Coupon’.  Please enter the code exactly as it appears in your email, e.g. using capital letters or numbers. If your code is not correctly entered on the cart page, we cannot apply the discount or credit afterwards, and you will be charged the full price for your order.

4 & 8 week laybys require a 20% deposit, while 10 month laybys require a 10% deposit.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs for each item are advised on the checkout page and start at $10. Click and Collect is free. Note, not all items are able to be shipped, and will have Click and Collect as the only option at checkout.

As soon as your order is sent from our stores, you will receive an email to confirm that it's on its way. You can track your order on the courier services website, using the tracking number in the shipping email.

Your tracking number and a link to the courier service delivering your order can be found in your order shipping email. 

If your item has not arrived, please contact the courier company and quote your shipping reference. If you have not received a shipping reference from us, please contact the store directly or email info@dollardealers.co.nz

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 days. Please note during sales or promotional periods this may be slightly longer. Once the order has been dispatched by us, the courier service will advise you of their delivery schedule (usually 1-3 days after dispatch for metro orders).

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be ready instore. You can always phone or email us to check if your order is ready for collection.

How do I return an online order?

If for any reason there is a fault with your online order, you can return it by taking it into one of our stores during the item’s warranty period. You can find our store locations here. Please bring the receipt / order confirmation with you. Once we have confirmed your return, our warranty policy is repair, replace, credit note. 

If you are unable to return the item to the store, please contact the store the item was purchased from, direct. If faulty, seller shipping costs will be covered by DollarDealers.

You are unable to cancel or amend an order once you have placed it.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let us know immediately by contacting the store or emailing info@dollardealers.co.nz
