Customers must provide DollarDealers with complete and accurate details when making purchases. DollarDealers is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices in our store are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD and include GST. Costs related to shipping are calculated based on the address entered at checkout. DollarDealers is not responsible for incorrect customer details or shipping errors due to incorrect address.

Payment is processed through Multiple Payment options; Upon checkout, customers will be directed to select their payment method from the following:

(a) Stripe – Credit Card / Debit Card Method

Stripe is a trusted online payment gateway used by billions of businesses of all sizes worldwide. This platform accepts all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. This highly secure payment gateway is provided by Stripe and the security of all transactions are the sole responsibility of Stripe. DollarDealers does not see, handle, or store any credit card information entered into our website.

DollarDealers can not be held liable for any errors, malfunctions, or fraud taking place from payments made using this payment method. Please let us know immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity occurring on your card related to a transaction to DollarDealers and contact your Bank.

(b) POLiPay – Online Bank Transfer Method

POLi Pay is a New Zealand company that allows consumers to make an online payment for goods and services or pay a bill online using the security and convenience of Internet Banking. All POLi transactions are protected by your Internet Banking security. Your confidential information is not disclosed to any third party, including POLi.

DollarDealers can not be held liable for any errors, malfunctions, or fraud taking place from payments made using this payment method. Please contact your bank.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in New Zealand.

Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.

DollarDealers takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

DollarDealers reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.

DollarDealers is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.
