This system offers a significant improvement over traditional methods, enhancing productivity and reducing user fatigue.

• Integrated Cap Design: The fasteners feature an integrated cap that creates a thermal break, achieving up to 99.5% thermal efficiency. This design helps minimize thermal bridging, contributing to better energy efficiency in buildings.

• Fast Installation: The system allows for a one-step installation process, making it approximately twice as fast as powder-actuated tools (PATs), with significantly less recoil and operator fatigue.

• Durability and Compliance: The fasteners are made from heat-treated carbon steel with a mechanical zinc plating, ensuring durability. They are also ICC-ESR-1955 certified, meeting various building code requirements.

• Versatility: Suitable for fastening insulation up to 150mm thick into concrete, hollow block, and steel stud substrates.
