Package and post your items: When you receive the courier pack, put your item(s) into it and arrange for collection. In the unlikely event your tracked courier pack goes missing, your item(s) will be insured for up to $25,000.

Secure opening process: Your package will be opened under surveillance and stored in locked vaults or storage facilities with 24/7 security & surveillance, so you can have complete peace of mind that your items are secure and protected under DollarDealers’ care.

Lend or return: Once your item(s) have been evaluated and a loan offer has been agreed, you will be paid in full by a same day bank transfer to your nominated account.

If we cannot agree on a loan amount that suits you, we will ship your item(s) back to you, completely free of charge, tracked and insured all the way. No questions asked! The courier service is only available to those loaning on jewellery, designer bags & accessories.
